‘Six days left’ to get £400 cash deal from Barclays and free Apple TV recommended by Martin Lewis

There are just six days left to claim a bank account switching deal that is offering a £400 bonus and other perks, including an Apple TV+ subscription. Barclays is running the offer for people switching to its Premier Current Account.
But there isn’t long left to grab the deal, as it runs out on November 27. There are also various conditions that customers need to meet.
Financial guru Martin Lewis also flagged the deal on his ITV show earlier this week, calling it the “biggest ever deal”.
Barclays explained that customers needed to first open an account in the Barclays app. Next, they need to use the app to complete a full current account switch, including at least two Direct Debits, using The Current Account Switch Service (CASS).
Once that’s done, a payment of at least £4,000 needs to be put into the new account. Applicants also need to pay in a gross annual income of £75,000 into the account, or have at least £100,000 in savings with the bank, in eligible investments, or a mix of both. They also need to be aged 18 or over and a UK resident.

Barclays explained: “We’ll pay £400 into your new account within 28 working days of you meeting the eligibility requirements. You’ll get an SMS notification once you have reached the eligibility criteria.
“The payment will appear on your statement as ‘Switch Reward’. The CASS offer can only be used once per person.”
Other perks of the account include exclusive rates on savings and mortgages, plus investment options. Alongside the Apple TV+ subscription, account holders receive early-access tickets and exclusive events as well.
