Dianne Buswell has said she thinks she ‘did good’ as she revealed details of her Strictly Come Dancing reunion with winning dance partner Chris McCausland.
It’s almost a year since the professional dancer and comedian were seen lifting the coveted Glitterball trophy in emotional scenes during the 2024 series finale.
Chris, who was Strictly’s first-ever blind contestant, and Dianne impressed on the dance floor and were later crowned the BBC One dance contest’s 2024 champions after 13 weeks in the competition.
They were then seen being reunited for Strictly’s 2025 launch back in September, during which they reprised their moving Waltz to the Liverpool anthem, You’ll Never Walk Alone, which also won them a Bafta TV Award earlier this year.
Now, Dianne has seemingly got a glimpse into Chris’ world as they were reunited on Monday night (November 24). Taking to Instagram, the Australian star shared a selfie of the pair and teased fans with what they had been up to.
Alongside the post, she wrote: “I stepped into Chris world tonight and was on his show that consisted only of comedians! I think I did good as I did hear laughter from the audience unless they just felt sorry for me. Either way it Was so nice to see my champ again @chrismccauslandcomedy.”

Dianne then added: “Do I hang up the dance shoes and switch to a mic. Let’s see what Chris says on our next podcast!” And it didn’t take long for her followers to respond to the update.
