When it comes to console gaming, the PS5 is one of the best options you can choose from. It offers incredible performance and silky smooth graphics that impress, along with a huge library of games to choose from. It’s not cheap, but for the holiday, you can save a lot of money on a new rig — I’ve gathered the best Black Friday PS5 deals below to help you get started.
In time for Black Friday, all versions of the PS5 are discounted by $100. That brings the Digital Slim down to $400, the Disc Slim to $450, and the Pro to $650. You can even find bundles from Amazon and Walmart that include exclusive Fortnite cosmetics for both the Digital and Disc editions. It’s a rare chance to save, and the first major deal I’ve seen for the PS5 all year, bringing the price down lower than it was pre-price hike.
If you haven’t picked up the excellent Ghost of Yotei yet, we’d seriously consider the limited-edition PS5 (disc edition) with a beautiful Kintsugi-inspired white and gold design. It comes with a digital copy of the game with a $100 discount on the hardware at $499 from Amazon. That’s $50 more than the base console, but you’re getting the limited edition console and controller, plus a new game that sells for $69 separately.

It’s pricey, yes, but when you consider the cost of a half-decent gaming PC or Xbox, it’s priced very competitively. The new Nintendo Switch 2 even hovers in the same range, depending on what model of PS5 you choose, and the handheld only provides a fraction of the performance.
