Carla Ward insists she has no issue including Ruesha Littlejohn in tomorrow’s friendly against Hungary after the 35-year-old midfielder’s controversial red card last weekend prompted a glut of online abuse in the UK.

The Palace player was dismissed after wrestling Leicester opponent Hannah Cain to the turf in a League Cup tie five days ago.
