Australian Prime Minister’s wedding LIVE: Anthony Albanese and Jodie Haydon marry

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has married his fiancee, Jodie Haydon, in a private ceremony at his official Canberra residence, The Lodge.
The details of their nuptials have been shrouded in secrecy since their engagement on Valentine’s Day last year, with the public only being told the wedding would take place before the end of 2025.

Built over 1926 and ’27, The Lodge sits on a 1.2-hectare block with a two-metre reinforced perimeter fence, and these days comes with a watchhouse, security cameras, shatterproof windows and a safe room.
It’s been the home of more than 15 PMs, hosted world leaders, heads of state and receptions for premiership-winning football teams.
Today is the first time an Australian prime minister has married while in office.
