‘Come championship, you get that itch’ – Portarlington pull brings quartet home from Australia for Leinster semi-final

Watching Portarlington’s last two Leinster championship matches from Australia was a difficult experience for Jake Foster, who would much rather have been stuck in the middle of it.

He missed their provincial victories over Old Leighlin and Naomh Mairtin to sort a visa issue in Australia. However, the ace corner-forward is ready for action this weekend, having flown back for tomorrow’s Leinster club football semi-final against Athy.
