Louisiana football vs. ULM live updates, score from season finale

It all comes down to this for Louisiana football as it enters the final week of the 2025 college football season.
After two losing streaks and now a three-game winning streak, the Ragin’ Cajuns are just a game shy from bowl eligibility, something the program has secured for the past eight seasons. This year, getting six wins hasn’t been easy for an injury-riddled Cajun squad. Despite it all, they must find a win with cross state rival Louisiana-Monroe in town this week.
The Cajuns (5-6, 4-3 SBC) take on the Warhawks for a senior day showdown. Quarterback Lunch Winfield will have his hands full with two more offensive linemen out this week, for a total of nine unavailable. The dual-threat slinger has been a sparkplug since taking the reigns of UL’s offense, leading both its passing and rushing game so far this season.
For the Warhawks (3-8, 1-6) spoiling the Cajuns’ home finale is the only thing on their mind. Leading them in those efforts will be quarterback Aiden Armenta, who has thrown for over 1,300 yards and nine touchdowns this season. The Cajuns’ defense will look to contain in and his wideout weapons with some key players returning in the secondary following the Texas State game suspensions.
It’ll surely be a dog fight between these two rivals as every team wants to close out the regular season on the highest note possible.
