WWE Survivor Series 2025 Spoilers Ahead of WarGames

WWE will be hosting “Survivor Series 2025” on Saturday, and spoilers have emerged. PWInsider has reported the planned match order for the PLE, which will be held at Petco Park in San Diego.
Opening the professional wrestling show will be the women’s WarGames match. That will be followed by the WWE Intercontinental Championship rematch between titleholder John Cena and Dominik Mysterio. Stephanie Vaquer will then defend the WWE Women’s World Championship against Nikki Bella. As expected, the men’s WarGames match will serve as the “Survivor Series” main event.

Storylines Leading up to WWE Survivor Series 2025
The build towards Saturday’s show can be traced back to when Seth Rollins was ousted from The Vision. Rollins suffered a legitimate injury in his match with Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes at “Crown Jewel,” and his former stablemates viewed him as a liability. Once Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman turned on Rollins, the faction took an even more aggressive approach on “Monday Night Raw.”
Reed injured Roman Reigns, and The Vision continued targeting the likes of The Usos and CM Punk. Logan Paul then offered his assistance to The Vision after taking a Tsunami splash from Reed. Cody Rhodes entered the fray given his friendship with The Usos. Drew McIntyre, who had been feuding with Rhodes over the Undisputed WWE Championship, then joined the heels for WarGames as a way to get revenge on “The American Nightmare” after two failed attempts at capturing the gold.
As for the women’s WarGames match, Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky were involved in a personal rivalry with Asuka and Kairi Sane of The Kabuki Warriors. Asuka and Sane turned on Sky out of jealousy due to her friendship with Ripley. Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair joined the babyface WarGames team after losing the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship to The Kabuki Warriors.
The heel team would gain former “NXT” standout Lash Legend and Nia Jax. When AJ Lee joined the team of Ripley, Sky, Bliss, and Flair, Becky Lynch linked up with The Kabuki Warriors, Legend, and Jax for WarGames.
