Roman Reigns reveals real reason behind his early return after WWE Crown Jewel

After losing to Bronson Reed at WWE Crown Jewel, Roman Reigns told The Usos he didn’t want to see them till Christmas. As a result, it was quite the surprise when he returned on the November 17 edition of WWE RAW.
In a recent interview with Jackie Redmond on WWE’s YouTube channel, the Tribal Chief answered why he returned before Christmas. Reigns claimed that he never left and that he was fully aware of what was happening at the top of the mountain:
Thanks for the submission!
“To me, I never left. I’m always 100% in. I’m always just fully locked in on what should be happening at the top of the mountain. So I’d say this is as good a time as any. Why not right now?”
The OTC made his comeback to help Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, and The Usos against The Vision, Logan Paul, and Drew McIntyre. However, Reigns’ return was interrupted by Brock Lesnar making his comeback for the first time since Wrestlepalooza as well.
Roman Reigns teased a world title challenge on WWE RAW
The Tribal Chief is set to team up with CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, and The Usos to take on Team Vision at Survivor Series WarGames. This past week on WWE RAW, Reigns kicked off the show but was interrupted by Punk and Rhodes.
After a brief exchange on the mic, Roman Reigns teased going after one of the world champions, but refrained from confirming which title he was talking about. The OTC has not had a title match since losing the Undisputed Universal Championship to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 40.
Many fans perceived it as a hint that Roman Reigns could go on to win the 2026 Royal Rumble. However, it remains to be seen how things turn out for him in the coming months.
