Friday’s episode saw the first celebrity leave the camp

I’m A Celebrity viewers have rumbled a show “mistake” as the first celebrity left the camp. After a few days being in the rival camps, the celebrities finally reunited. The stars who lost their challenges had to take part in the most recent Bushtucker trial, called The Cave.
Jack, Kelly, Angry Ginge, Aitch, Ruby and Alex were tasked with crawling into an underground cave. They returned to camp with five out of six stars.
Tensions were high as they patiently awaited the outcome of the first vote off. Ant and Dec arrived in camp to break the news.
It was between model Kelly Brook and former footballer Alex Scott. In the end, it was revealed that Alex Scott was the first to say goodbye.
However, viewers weren’t best pleased with the decision, with some suggesting they wanted Kelly to go instead.
On social media, one said: “Kelly should have gone” while a second said: “Gutted for Alex but I think from a viewer perspective she probably wasn’t entertaining or as popular as others. I enjoyed her time.”
A third said: “Alex wasn’t the biggest character in there but she was waaaay better than Kelly! Shame she went first.”
More added to the conversation on X: “Would have preferred Kelly to go”, “Should have been Kelly” and “Kelly should’ve left over her.”

Other fans suggested Alex didn’t get enough air time over her 14-day stint in the jungle. One said: “To be fair to Alex though, she did have very little airtime.”
A second said: “Alex just didn’t get enough air time.”
Alex said her goodbyes to her campmates as she made her way across the bridge to meet Ant and Dec. The former Lioness reflected on her jungle memories and expressed how much she had enjoyed her time in camp.
A hilarious moment saw Alex reveal who had been keeping the toilet seat up in the dunny, sharing it was none other than “national treasure” Martin Kemp.
