The dynamic back-rower commits his future to the club on the back of a standout Quilter Nations Series campaign, further cementing his reputation as one of the most explosive forwards in the global game.

Earl, now 27, has been part of the Saracens story since joining the academy at 14 while at Tonbridge School. His rise through the ranks was rapid—making his senior debut at 18 before scoring on his first Gallagher Premiership start against Exeter Chiefs the following season.

After a short spell with Bristol Bears in 2020, Earl returned to StoneX Stadium and quickly became one of the Premiership’s most influential players. His exceptional form earned him the Gallagher Premiership Player of the Season award as he helped drive Saracens to the final, before playing a crucial role in the club’s title-winning 2022/23 campaign against Sale Sharks.

On the international stage, the former England U20 captain is closing in on 50 senior caps. His consistency was recognised with selection for the most recent British & Irish Lions tour, featuring off the bench in two Tests against Australia.

His salary has reportedly doubled from around £300,000 to £600,000, with an additional £150,000 coming from his RFU central contract.

Speaking after signing his new deal, Earl said:

“I’m really happy to extend my time at my boyhood club. This environment gives me the best chance to reach my potential and achieve something special with my best mates.
It’s a place I call home, and I can’t wait for what’s next.”

Director of Rugby Mark McCall added:

“Ben has been part of Saracens since he was 14, growing from a talented academy prospect into a standout international.
He has Saracens in his DNA, and we’re thrilled he’s re-signed. His qualities on and off the pitch will be central to everything we aim to achieve in the coming years.”
