Is Tetairoa McMillan playing today? Why Panthers WR is off to slow start in Week 13

In what has been an impressive rookie season, Carolina Panthers wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan has cemented himself as the team’s No. 1 option in the passing game.

Entering Week 13, McMillan has tallied 783 receiving yards and five touchdowns and is well on his way to a 1,000-yard season. I’m not sure the Panthers could’ve hoped for much better than what the rookie has shown.

However, McMillan is not producing early on in the Week 13 game against the Los Angeles Rams. Here’s a closer look at what’s going on.

Is Tetairoa McMillan playing today?

Yes, McMillan is active and healthy, and he does have one target with two minutes left in the second quarter but he wasn’t able to reel it in.

Bryce Young has only thrown nine passes and completed six, so there haven’t been a ton of chances for the rookie to get going.

Hopefully McMillan will have a much more productive second half.
