Josh Allen and Cameron Heyward go face to face trash talking, Bills QB takes big hit

Josh Allen is fearless. Even if it means going facemask to facemask with a seven-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle.
The Buffalo Bills quarterback exchanged trash talk with the Pittsburgh Steelers’ Cameron Heyward on Sunday.
Allen ran for a first-down on third-and-3 in the second quarter and stayed on the ground momentarily. Heyward, a 6-foor-5, 295-pounder with 90 career sacks, took exception to something after the play.
Heyward got to his feet, stepped into Allen and pushed his helmet into Allen’s helmet as the two stars began yelling at each other. The CBS broadcast picked up profanity during the exchange.
Bills offensive linemen Alec Anderson and Ryan Van Demark stepped in to try to separate Heyward from the cluster. Heyward continued pointing at Allen as a referee tried to calm down the Heyward, the NFL’s 2023 Walter Payton Man of the Year.
Later in the drive, Allen scrambled for 1 yard and slid but was smacked by Patrick Queen, who was not called for a penalty. Buffalo players came to Allen’s defense and there was a shoving match but no flags were levied.
Queen was injured on the next play and Allen and Heyward continued the verbal jabs during the injury stoppage.
