Trans Mission Benefit Concert: Star-Studded Line-Up Event Unveiled

A host of impressive A-list musicians and celebrities are joining forces for a special concert at Wembley Arena aiming to benefit the trans and gender non-confirming community.

Organised by Olly Alexander and the team behind the Mighty Hoopla music festival, the Trans Mission event is due to take place in March 2026, in support of the charity Not A Phase and the Good Law Project.

The official announcement for the concert describes it as an event that is “set to be a defining cultural moment” and a “statement that trans people are loved, valued, and celebrated, and that the entertainment industry stands proudly with them”.

Performing on the day will be a host of acts encompassing queer and trans musicians, as well as allies, with other celebrities set to make appearances and deliver speeches during the gig.

Not A Phase is a charity whose aims include“uplifting and improving the lives” of trans and gender non-conforming people “through awareness campaigning, social projects and funding trans+ lead initiatives”.

The Good Law project, meanwhile, is a UK-based organisation which campaigns “to fight against hate and spread hope”.

What has Olly Alexander said about the Trans Mission benefit concert?

The former Eurovision performer enthused: “Through solidarity, creativity and collective fundraising, we can fight back against the politics of fear and exclusion and build a world where everyone can thrive.

“I am very fortunate to know and work closely alongside incredible trans and non-binary people whose creativity and presence are essential to the cultural fabric we all share.

“Trans Mission is going to be a special and unforgettable night, and I’m excited to share the stage with so many wonderful people I hugely admire.”

Co-organisers Glyn Fussell and Jamie Tagg of Mighty Hoopla added in a joint statement: “We have been working behind the scenes to organise something on this scale for a long time, to not only fundraise but also publicly stand with the trans community who are under daily attack. It is time we came together, got organised and unite to fight back against the hate. This is about allyship, empathy and holding up those we love.”
