GTA 6 New Leaks Surface Online From Ex- Rockstar Animator: Here’s What It Shows! Check Expected Release Dates

Rockstar Games GTA 6 Expected Date: Yes, it’s frustrating to keep waiting for the most anticipated game of this year, and the only scraps of information you get are from fake leaks and rumours, and this is exactly the case with Rockstar’s GTA 6 right now. But it seems like now finally there is a glimmer of hope, and a legitimate video might have surfaced online, all credit to a former Rockstar Games animator.
The latest info on GTA 6 is loaded with fake videos and stories that might seem almost real, and thanks to the ever-growing AI boom, faking videos has become even easier, with random AI-generated videos showing up that look like the real deal. But this time we might have something in our hands that’s not just going to slip away like sand.
GTA 6 Footage Surfaces From Former Rockstar Artist
Synth Potato (post now removed, with mirrors available on Reddit, please note: the following link redirects to eddit, and there is a subsequent mirror link under the same post, courtesy- r/GamingLeaksAndRumours| throwaway-sadkid8012) highlighted Benjamin Chue’s deleted demo reel on Vimeo, originally posted two months ago. Chue has contributed to Rockstar titles including Red Dead Redemption 2 and Max Payne 3. Fans, however, are focused on just the first 19 seconds of this reel.
The first clip shows fluid bicycle animations
The initial segment features a man mounting and dismounting a bike, highlighting detailed and fluid animations. A “Lom Bikes” logo is visible, seemingly mimicking the public transportation system in Miami. Gamers are speculating this could hint at a non-motorised transport option in Vice City, adding new layers to exploration in GTA 6.
The second clip features a female NPC in a monster truck
The next snippet depicts a “breakout/exit animation from a monster truck for a female NPC.” The woman closely resembles Lucia, previously teased in official GTA 6 trailers. The scene shows her jumping into a truck bed and off a large pickup, suggesting that similar vehicle interactions could be possible in the final game.
The Strict Leak Control of Rockstar
The tight grip Rockstar has on leaks itself makes the public reel notable. The company pursued a hacker in 2022, by the way, after the latter got dozens of early clips of GTA 6. Employees are bound by strict NDAs, and recent reports detail more than 30 employees being fired for their alleged leaking of confidential materials. This level of secrecy drives up the stakes in posting any footage early.
Chue’s Motivation and Risk
Chue seemed to have uploaded the reel to show his skills to prospective employers. Gamers defend that his experience implies he would not leak GTA 6 footage without permission. However, the takedown of the Vimeo post insinuates Rockstar did not clear it, and the community has questions about whether it was intentional or an accident.

Expected Release Date
As of now, after the heart-shattering announcement of its delay, and if no other major technical hiccup is encountered, Rockstar is going to drop GTA 6 next time in November 2025 for the consoles, namely PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. As usual, PC gamers will have to wait a little longer, and the wait might extend to the year 2027, so don’t hold your horses, as it’s still a long wait.
