Charlotte Flair Talks Where She Sees Herself In 2026

Charlotte Flair is sitting at 14 world titles under her name. She is rounding the corner and heading straight for her father’s record (Ric Flair) of 16, and the all time record recently set by John Cena at 17.

Flair has been in the tag team scene since WrestleMania this year. She has been working alongside Alexa Bliss as they are now former tag team champions. Due to this and her absence from her knee injury at the end of 2023, it has been a couple years since Flair has held a singles title.

When asked about world title gold and where she sees herself in 2026 during the Survivor Series recap from WWE, Flair states:

“I think for the last couple years of my career, and what I’ve wanted… I’ve been struggling to feel like I needed control, and meaning I thought I had a vision for myself and what I needed to do and what I needed to be and what title I needed to hold or how I needed to be in the title picture. What character or what dominance I needed to be in the title scene. I don’t know what the future holds for me, honestly. Whether that’s winning again with Lexi (Alexa Bliss), whether that’s winning an opportunity to face Jade (Cargill), or even Stephanie (Vaquer). I don’t know. I just wanna be better. People don’t get this but, like, just because you’ve accomplished so much, you don’t lose that hunger. Bayley texted me tonight. We have this nickname, she said the nickname and she was like, ‘Good job. I’m so proud…’ I don’t know what (WrestleMania 42) looks like for me. I’ve never pictured myself here today, eight months ago, seven months ago. I was so lost, so I don’t know. If I get put back in the title scene, then, I’m just gonna give it the best I got I guess… I don’t have something that I want. I think I always wanted certain things where this is just kind of taking me on this journey.”
