One of the NFL’s annual traditions returns tonight with a new season of “Hard Knocks.”
“Hard Knocks: In Season with the NFC East” marks just the fifth time that the HBO documentary series, which is usually filmed during training camp, has followed NFL teams throughout the season, and it’s the second time “Hard Knocks” will follow an entire division rather than one team.
The New York Giants, reigning Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, and Washington Commanders will be featured throughout the new set of episodes, which will continue to air weekly through the end of the NFL regular season and into the NFL playoffs.
Here is HBO’s official synopsis of the new installment: “From wins and losses to injuries and adversity, the series will capture an inside look at life in one of football’s most historic divisions.”

“Hard Knocks: In Season with the NFC East” premieres on Dec. 2 at 9 p.m. ET on HBO and the HBO Max streaming service.
New episodes will air weekly on Tuesdays through the end of the NFL season.
