A disastrous minus-39 rating in just 20 minutes of action defined James Harden’s night during Monday’s loss to the Heat. Head coach Tyronn Lue pulled the plug on his starters just over a minute into the third quarter, ending Harden’s evening with 11 points (2-of-6 FGs), three assists, two rebounds, one three-pointer, and five turnovers.

The veteran guard has typically been a stabilizing force during a rough Clippers campaign, but Monday proved to be a stark exception as he failed to check back into the game.
