News 12’s reporters say rain, snow, and a wintry mix are making driving conditions dangerous today.
Gov. Phil Murphy declared a state of emergency in Hunterdon, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, and Warren counties ahead of the storm.
Some schools in Sussex County were closed today for the snow.
Thunderbolt 12 is checking out the conditions in the northern part of the state where snow has turned over to rain.
