The Spaniard now has a chance to show he has overcome the major psychological blow he suffered in late October.
At that time, Josep Martinez was involved in a fatal car accident that tragically claimed a life.
Therefore, he has spent the past 40 days under constant psychological surveillance.

Martinez has made two Serie A starts this season, with Inter winning both matches in which he was in goal.
Furthermore, the Nerazzurri only conceded once in those fixtures.
However, the former Genoa goalkeeper has been on the fringes since late September, last featuring in a 2-0 win at Cagliari.
Yann Sommer has been Cristian Chivu’s starting goalkeeper this season, with Martinez forced to settle for a backup role.
