Westmeath player scoops €2,000 per month for next five years in EuroDreams draw, with prize of €10.8m still up for grabs

A player from Co Westmeath has scooped €2,000 a month for the next five years in the EuroDreams draw last night.

The winner bought their Quick Pick ticket on the day of the draw, and the store location will be announced by the National Lottery tomorrow.

The winning numbers in last night’s draw were 12, 15, 19, 23, 33, 38, and the dream number was 3.

EuroDreams offers tax-free monthly payments instead of a lump sum, which is the first annuity game of its kind in Ireland.

A player in Co Westmeath who won the Tier 2 prize will receive €2,000 per month for the next five years, which is €120,000 in total.

Meanwhile, the Tier 1 top prize is still up for grabs and is currently boosted to €30,000 per month for 30 years – €10.8 million in total, paid in monthly instalments.

The event began on October 2 and will continue until someone wins the top prize.

The EuroDreams draw takes place every Monday and Thursday across eight countries, including Ireland, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland.

The National Lottery has advised players that tickets for the EuroDreams draw can purchased ahead of the 7.30pm cut-off time for sales tomorrow.
