UPDATE: Semi rollover closes Hwy 1 east of Kamloops

UPDATE Dec. 3:
It took almost all day to clear a rolled double-train semi truck on the Trans Canada Highway Tuesday.
DriveBC reports the crash was finally cleared around 6:30 p.m. Dec. 2.
The crash closed Highway 1 in the westbound lane only at the Lafarge Road ramp.
ORIGINAL Dec. 2:
The Trans Canada Highway is closed east of Kamloops Tuesday morning.
A semi-truck has rolled over in the westbound lane at the Lafarge Road ramp.
DriveBC reports motorists can detour with the Lafarge off ramp and on ramp to Highway 1.
The crash took place around 7:30 a.m.
