DOHA, December 4, 2025 (WAFA) – The Palestinian national football team staged a remarkable comeback against Tunisia on Thursday, overturning a 2-0 deficit to secure a well-deserved draw in the Arab Cup.
The team dominated the latter stages of the match and came close to snatching victory from the Eagles of Carthage, earning them the top spot in their group with distinction.
Once again, Palestine demonstrated that they are a fierce competitor, determined not to be an easy target in a group that also includes host nation Qatar, and are aiming to secure one of the two spots to advance to the second stage of the Arab Cup for the first time in their history.
