Ant and Dec were once again on hand to deliver the bad news, with it ending up between Martin and Lisa Riley.
Martin sat down with the presenters afterwards to reflect on his jungle journey.
Taking a seat and a glass of champagne, he said: “I have dreamt about this moment.”
Asked what his favourite thing about the jungle was, Martin replied: “The other people, without a doubt.

“Sitting around and talking. I’m not one for making new friends, it’s the first time I’ve done it in years and I’ve loved it.
“I feel like, coming out now, I’ve done it, done everything I wanted to do, I’ve experienced it and I’ve got some good anecdotes.”
Ant and Dec asked Martin what his reaction was to being labelled the ‘camp dad’ by his co-stars.
He said: “I suppose… I always felt like I was little bit on the outside, a little bit calmer than everyone else through no other reason than life experience.

“I told them a few stories that kept them busy and they enjoyed.”
Martin’s son Roman came in third place when he did the show in 2019 and the hosts couldn’t resist asking him how he felt about not beating him.
He said: “I’m glad I didn’t. He’s my boy and I love him.”
And, when asked to predict who will win the show this year, Martin was quick to insist Shona McGarty will be crowned the Queen of the Jungle.
