DANNY Jones returned to I’m A Celebrity a year after he and Maura Higgins met in the camp.
The McFly star, who went on to win the ITV2 jungle show, appeared on ITV2’s Unpacked with host Joel Dommett and Kemi Rodgers.

Danny’s return Down Under comes a year after he and former Love Island star Maura were in the same camp.
Just a few months later married singer Danny was caught kissing Maura at the BRIT Awards afterparty in March.
Danny spoke about contraband in camp this year and compared it to his year.
He said: “Breaking the rules keeps it fun, something to talk about.”

The pop star insisted if he was in the series this year he would be best pals with Manchester lads Aitch and Ginge.
They also addressed tonight’s shock elimination which saw chat show queen Ruby Wax booted off, leaving the group in stunned.
Danny said: “It is a shock, any of them could go on and win it. It’s really tough.
“I’m just shocked that Ruby’s gone. It’s hard to call.”
Just last week Danny and wife Georgia Horsley enjoyed a romantic meal following a rocky year.
The pair celebrated her birthday at swanky restaurant 45 Park Lane in London on Thursday night and proved they were moving on from past indiscretions.
Despite not normally posting his other half on his Instagram stories, the McFly star was full of love for his wife last night.
He took to the social media platform to share Georgia blowing out some candles on a yummy looking dessert board.
She gushed: “I’m gonna blow it out,” as he sat behind the camera and recorded her.
He wrote over it: “Early birthday treat @thegeorgiaedit. Insane food @45parklane CUT!! Thank you @elliottgrover you legend!”
Danny has spent months quietly repairing his marriage to his long-time influencer partner.
Maura and Danny previously shared a drunken snog at an after-party for the Brit Awards in March.
An onlooker said at the time: “Danny and Maura seemed to be having a great time.
“They looked like they had a brief drunken kiss.
“Danny and Maura seem to have a close friendship after meeting in the jungle.”
He broke his silence as he shared a statement on Instagram as he apologised to Georgia for his actions.
He penned: “Hello everyone. Sorry it’s taken me a while to post this but I’ve taken some time out to be with those closest to me.
“I want to deeply apologise to my wife and family for putting them in this situation.
“I love them so much and we’ll continue to deal with this privately.”
The Voice judge continued: “I love you guys, thank you for your patience, understanding and support.
“See you all soon, Danny,” he signed off.
Pals said at the time that Danny was keen to draw a line under the scandal, which saw him hold crisis meetings with Georgia.
In September, he risked an awkward run-in with Maura as they reunited on stage to collect an NTA gong for their series of the ITV show.
With Ant and Dec in South Africa filming the upcoming spin-off sequel – Danny took lead on the speech.
He ended the acceptance speech by saying: “Thanks you so much to all the viewers and the voters we love you all. Have an amazing night.”
It’s unclear whether the pair actually interacted over the course of the night, with Danny having his arm around Melvin Odoom and the Love Island star standing with Coleen Rooney.
Danny and Georgia first met back in 2010 before he asked her to be his wife three years later while on holiday in Cyprus.
They married the following August in her hometown of Malton, North Yorks, in a ceremony which featured musical performances by McBusted and Ellie Goulding.
Danny and Georgia are parents to son Cooper Alf Jones who they welcomed in January 2018.
