Matthew Prince cofounded Cloudflare, the web infrastructure and security company, in 2009. He owns roughly 8% of the firm, which went public in 2019, and currently serves as its CEO. Before Cloudflare, Prince worked as a law professor and cofounded Unspam Technologies, a company that helped clients block spam content.
