Coastal flooding possible through the end of the week

LOWCOUNTRY, S.C. (WCIV) — With Thursday’s full moon, coastal flooding will be possible around the morning high tide cycles through the end of the week.
Coastal Flood Advisories were issued Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning as a result of minor coastal flooding in the forecast.

The flooding led to road closures in and around Downtown Charleston, leaving some drivers stranded in the standing water.
Remember to never drive through a flooded roadway. Turn around, don’t drown.
