In Ukraine, under the influence of an anticyclone, the weather on December 4 will be mostly dry. The temperature during the day will range from +4 to +8°C, reaching up to +12°C in the south. No significant precipitation is expected. This was reported by the meteorologist Natalia Didenko, as reported by agronews.ua.

Forecast maps show that on December 4, active atmospheric processes are expected mainly over the Mediterranean, the Atlantic, and neighboring regions, where rain is forecasted, and snow is possible in mountainous areas.
Ukraine is under the influence of a powerful anticyclone in the east, so most regions will not experience significant precipitation, except for some occasional light local showers.
The air temperature throughout the day will remain almost unchanged: in most regions +4 to +8°C, reaching up to +12°C in the south. The wind will be south-eastern, moderate, occasionally gusty. In Kyiv, no precipitation is expected, with daytime temperatures of +5 to +7°C.
In the coming days, heavy precipitation is unlikely. A slight cooling is expected on December 5-6, and from December 9, the temperature will rise again. Precipitation is expected to return around December 9-10, mainly in the form of rain.
For now, the weather remains anticyclonic: without significant precipitation and with slight temperature fluctuations.
