UFC London: Fight Night event confirmed for March

The UFC has announced it will host a Fight Night event in London on 21 March.
The show is set to take place at the O2 Arena, but the promotion is yet to confirm any fights for the card.
The UFC’s last event in London saw British former welterweight champion Leon Edwards suffer defeat by American Sean Brady in March.
Britain’s Molly McCann also lost to Alexia Thainara, before retiring from the sport, bringing her trailblazing 10-year career to an end.
With the event being a Fight Night show rather than the UFC’s flagship numbered events, it is unlikely to host any title fights.
Britain’s Lerone Murphy, who is fourth in the featherweight rankings, could feature after calling for a fight in March.
The 34-year-old was targeting a fight against champion Alexander Volkanovski, but he has been pitched against Brazil’s Diego Lopes instead, at UFC 324 on 31 January.
Edwards could compete again as he looks to end a three-fight losing streak, while British middleweight Michael ‘Venom’ Page also does not have a bout booked at the moment.
Other Britons who could be on the card include Nathaniel Wood, who beat Jose Delgado in October and Luke Riley, who knocked out Bogdan Grad on his UFC debut last month.
