Galatasaray and Samsunspor get round 15 of the Turkish Super Lig underway when they lock horns at Rams Park on Friday. Okan Buruk’s men head into the weekend unbeaten at home in the league this year and will be looking to open up a four-point lead at the top of the table.

Buruk’s side have now failed to win three of their most recent four games, claiming one draw and losing twice, including a 1-0 defeat against Union Saint-Gilloise in the UEFA Champions League, where they currently sit 14th in the standings.
Despite their recent drop-off in form, Galatasaray currently sit top of the Super Lig table with 33 points from 14 games, one point above second-placed Fenerbahce.
Like this weekend’s hosts, Samsunspor were involved in a share of the spoils last time out when they played out a 1-1 stalemate with Alanyaspor on home turf.
With that result, Thomas Reis’ men have gone 14 consecutive games without defeat across all competitions, picking up seven wins and seven draws since a 2-1 loss against Antalyaspor on September 13.
Samsunspor have picked up 25 points from their 14 Super Lig matches so far to sit fifth in the standings, one point behind fourth-placed Goztepe.
