‘Name a more beautiful friendship’ Best pals Keelan and Dylan capture Toy Show viewers’ hearts
Late Late Toy Show stars Keelan Tiernan, 10, and Dylan Bowe, 10, have been hailed ‘two absolute heroes’, and we couldn’t agree more.
As the Dublin boys entered stage left in the RTÉ studio, the well-known, catchy ‘Friends’ theme song played in the background, and it was more than apt!
Keelan has Tourette’s and works through verbal and physical tics. He always has his best pal, Dylan, by his side to calm him down if he becomes flustered or overwhelmed.

That’s precisely what happened on Friday night, as, overcome with emotion and excited, Keelan admitted he was ‘nervous’ and burst into tears.
It was Dylan to the rescue, though, as the young man, cool, calm, and collected, rubbed his friend’s back and helped him through some breathing exercises.

The second cameo of the evening was none other than globally renowned singer Lewis Capaldi, who also has Tourette’s, and wanted to give the two best friends a shoutout.
Lewis couldn’t be there in person, as he’s currently touring in Australia, but sent a sweet video message to the boys. He even invited them to be his guests of honour at his 2026 gig in Dublin’s Marlay Park.
Not only did they get a shoutout from Lewis Capaldi, but the next thing they knew, Mr Roy Keane appeared in the RTÉ studio to meet them. Talk about starstruck, and we’re not talking about Keelan and Dylan!
