Manchester City vs Sunderland
Manchester City’s last two games have produced 14 goals and Sunderland can cause them problems on Saturday. The Black Cats almost beat Liverpool in midweek, drawing 1-1 at Anfield to continue their impressive return to the top flight. They’ve had one day fewer than City to prepare for this game and maybe emotionally drained after Wednesday’s exploits. However, they have scored in six of their last seven games and can grab a consolation.
Preston vs Wrexham
Wrexham are unbeaten in six matches and, for all the noise around the club, it is almost going unnoticed how good a job Phil Parkinson is doing. He takes his side to Preston on Saturday, another side who have made encouraging strides this season and are ensconced in the playoff picture. They most recently won 3-2 at Sheffield Wednesday, their fifth game in a row in which both teams scored. That run could be extended against the Red Dragons.
Accrington vs Mansfield
This is the first of two League Two vs League One FA Cup second-round battles included in our acca, with Accrington at home to Mansfield in the FA Cup. Stanley beat Oldham 1-0 last Saturday, but that ended a run of seven straight games for them in which both sides scored. Meanwhile, League One Mansfield’s 1-0 defeat at Cardiff halted a streak of four Stags matches with goals for both sides. After losing their last four in all competitions, Mansfield look vulnerable to an upset, and it could be an entertaining afternoon in Accrington.
Fleetwood vs Luton
League Two Fleetwood host League One Luton in the FA Cup and both will be confident after winning with ease in the EFL Trophy on Tuesday. The Cod Army won 3-0 at Tranmere, while the Hatters beat Exeter 4-0. Fleetwood are unbeaten in ten games at Highbury in all competitions and both teams have scored in 11 of their 12 2025-26 home outings. Luton also often offer entertainment, with three or more goals scored in each of their last four away fixtures, so a decent game is forecast on the Fylde Coast.

Football acca FAQs
What is a football accumulator (acca)?
A football accumulator, commonly referred to as an ‘acca’, is a single bet that combines multiple individual bets into one. Each selection within the accumulator must win for the bet to pay out, offering higher potential returns but at increased risk compared to single bets.
Can I place an acca on different markets?
Yes, you can combine various markets in an acca, including match winners, total goals, both teams to score, and more. However, most betting platforms require that selections within an accumulator are not related to ensure the bet is valid.
What is the advantage of placing an accumulator bet?
The main advantage of an accumulator bet is the potential for higher returns from a smaller stake since the odds of each selection are multiplied together. It adds excitement to watching multiple matches, as each leg of your acca needs to be successful for a return.
