Kristen Stewart Rocks Calvin Klein Underwear at IndieWire Honors

Kristen Stewart attended the IndieWire Honors Winter Film Awards 2025 at Nya West in Los Angeles on Thursday, and if anyone was going to walk a red carpet in long johns and make it feel entirely on brand, it was always going to be her.

At a time when she’s had more freedom than ever to explore fashion beyond one house, Kristen stepped out in Calvin Klein Collection underwear — actual long johns lifted straight from the Spring 2026 runway — marking the first red-carpet outing for Veronica Leoni’s Calvin Klein Collection underwear line. And yes, that elasticated logo waistband we usually associate with glossy ad campaigns and gym-honed ambassadors like Jeremy Allen White, Michael B. Jordan, Mark Wahlberg and David Beckham was suddenly front and centre under the flash of cameras.
What makes this moment land isn’t just the shock factor of underwear on the carpet — it’s how deliberately she framed it. Kristen doubled down on the base-layer idea with a Calvin Klein bodysuit, then anchored everything with a sharply cut, custom Calvin Klein Collection blazer and classic black pumps. That styling shift is what turns this from headline-bait into a considered look.
Some of you might still be shocked, but let’s be honest: after the BETTER bodysuit she wore to the Love Lies Bleeding LA premiere, this actually feels tame in comparison. A celebrities have been testing the boundaries for a while now in terms of how far can underwear travel before it stops feeling private and starts working as public dress?
Is it for everyone? Absolutely not. Was it ever meant to be? Also no. But Kristen has never been interested in pleasing the middle ground. She’s interested in disruption, in playing with expectation, and in making fashion feel slightly uncomfortable. And on this night, she reminded us that even something as familiar as Calvin Klein underwear can still feel unexpected in this setting.
Fiametta and EFFY Jewelry completed her look.
