Viewers of Strictly Come Dancing have been left in shock after the results of this week’s Dance Off were leaked.
The Week 11 Dance Off has yet to air on TV, as it is presented ‘live’ on the Sunday night results show. Actually, though, it’s filmed on Saturday night after the main show. That means spoilers about the eliminated celebrity have leaked before the Dance Off airs on Sunday for many years.
We won’t reveal the Strictly spoiler results for Week 11 (which was Musicals Week), as that takes the enjoyment out of viewing, but we will share the reaction from fans, which truly gives away how surprising the result is.
“Absolutely abysmal spoiler result,” one person said on X of the Strictly spoiler, which left them feeling “sick”.
“Hands down the most wild Dance Off result I’ve ever seen in the history of Strictly Come Dancing,” commented another viewer. “So angry at this. Two absolutely astounding dancers in the Dance Off and neither should have gone home,” someone else said, adding: “I guess there’s no point watching the rest of the series now.”
A fourth viewer described the spoiler as “one of the biggest shocks” in Strictly Come Dancing’s decades-long history. “I am gobsmacked,” they continued.
Elsewhere online, some viewers were pleased with the result. “I think I’m actually going to get my perfect final now,” someone posted on X, as another agreed, writing that they’re “delighted” with the Dance Off elimination.
During Saturday’s episode, Amber and Nikita topped the leaderboard with 40 points out of a possible 40, while Karen and Carlos came in last with 34 points.
