Rebuilding: Cleveland Browns 2026 7 Round NFL Mock Draft!

The Browns are a team still trying to build an offensive identity, as this defense is led by future Hall of Famer Myles Garrett. Going into the 2026 NFL Draft, they have plenty of areas to look to fix on the offensive side of the ball, and the biggest question is whether this team keeps the coaching staff and front office in place come the end of this season.
Note: Teams inevitably trade draft picks during the draft; I will not be. I’m standing pat and selecting based on how the roster will look today, so no free agency either.
2026 Cleveland Browns: Overview
If we look at Spotrac’s data on what this roster will look like in the offseason, you’ll see a team without a lot of money to spend (currently at least). On top of that, they have a Deshaun Watson-sized boulder holding them hostage for another season, but that’s coming to an end soon. 7 of their 44 players under contract in 2026 have void years, though, so things will look drastically different come next season for this Cleveland Browns team.
Cleveland Browns 2026 7 Round NFL Mock Draft
Pick #5 – Dante Moore, QB, Oregon
When I started this mock, two of the top 4 teams took a quarterback. So in theory, it was down to Moore and LaNorris Sellers. Unsure if Sellers comes out or not, and it comes down to I go with traits here, because if Sellers doesn’t declare, the next best QB is Garrett Nussmeier.
Pick #26 – Kadyn Proctor, OT, Alabama
I know some will go bonkers that I go back-to-back offensive linemen, but watching Sheduer get pummeled week in and out, plus the age and injuries they’ve dealt with, is screaming that you need to ensure your QB stays upright. Some of the top options are gone. Proctor is big, powerful, and I think he can be your left tackle, while my next pick could play inside or outside, depending on how you feel about Dawand Jones.
Pick #40 – Isaiah World, OT, Oregon
He’s a developmental tackle that could definitely start on the inside if they need to. I think if they came away with 4-5 new offensive linemen between free agency and the draft, I wouldn’t be surprised in the least.
Pick #71 – Darrell Jackson Jr, DL, Florida State
He’s a massive human being, very athletic, and he could be a nose tackle in a 3-4 or just a space eater next to Mason Graham, but he’s got enough juice to be able to pass rush as well as be a run defender.
Pick #106 – Zachariah Branch, WR, Georgia
He’s got day one starting potential, either as a slot receiver/return man or someone you could play on the outside in some scenarios. He’s super fast and has shown that he’s got what it takes to make it at the next level.
Pick #144 – Whit Weeks, LB, LSU
He can be a sideline-to-sideline player, and with Schwesinger already there, as well as if they bring back Bush, this could solidify the middle of their defense in time.
Pick #145 – Jyaire Hill, CB, Michigan
You don’t need a #1 or even #2 corner, but he could be a big nickel and develop into an outside starter or has the size/speed profile to grow into a starting corner.
Pick #149 – Oscar Delp, TE, Georgia
Fanin is their future, but they need depth behind him, and Delp has a skillset that could turn into a starter if needed.
Pick #211 – Charles Jagusah, IOL, Notre Dame
Definitely a team that can produce NFL-caliber linemen, Jagusah is one that I’m interested in as a day three player. The Browns need multiple linemen, so I’d be good taking a chance on a player like this.
Pick #243 – Bud Clark, S, TCU
With their last pick, I went with a depth safety. I don’t think they need a starter, but having a guy that could play meaningful reps, and at a minimum be a special teamer to start, I think Clark can do both for you.
