Golden Globes: Nominations List (Updating Live)

The 2026 Golden Globe nominations are being announced early Monday morning.
Marlon Wayans and Skye P. Marshall are set to reveal this year’s nominees starting at 5:15 a.m. PT, with 11 categories shared exclusively on CBS Mornings at 5:30 a.m. PT. Awards observers can also watch a livestream of the 2026 Golden Globes nominations announcement on CBS News’ YouTube and TikTok channels.
The Golden Globes will honor the best of the year in film, TV and, for the first time this year, podcasts, across 28 categories. In addition to best motion picture and TV series, acting awards in film and TV and director and screenplay honors in film, the Globes recognize best stand-up comedy performance on TV and, in film, cinematic and box office achievement.
The Globes this year introduced a best podcast award, with the 25 eligible shows including Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy, Good Hang With Amy Poehler, The Ben Shapiro Show, The Joe Rogan Experience and The Mel Robbins Podcast.
In addition to the competitive honors, the Golden Globes previously announced that Helen Mirren would receive this year’s Cecil B. DeMille Award and that Sarah Jessica Parker will receive this year’s Carol Burnett Award. Both Mirren and Parker will be honored during the Golden Eve primetime special on Thursday, Jan. 8 on CBS and streaming on Paramount+.
Last year, Emilia Pérez scored the most film nominations with a record-breaking 10 nods, followed by The Brutalist, Conclave, Anora and The Substance. In the TV categories, The Bear led with five noms, followed by Only Murders in the Building and Shogun.
Emilia Pérez won best motion picture — musical or comedy, best non-English language film and best song, with future best supporting actress Oscar winner Zoe Saldaña winning best supporting actress at the Globes. Future Oscars best supporting actor winner Kieran Culkin also won the same award at the 2025 Golden Globes. The Brutalist won best motion picture — drama and best director (Brady Corbet), with star Adrien Brody winning best actor in a drama film at the Globes just weeks before he won the same honor at the 2025 Oscars.
Shogun won best drama series, Hacks took home best TV series and Baby Reindeer was named best limited series, anthology series or movie made for TV.
The 2026 Golden Globes, hosted by returning emcee Nikki Glaser, are set to air live on Sunday, Jan. 11 at 5 p.m. ET/8 p.m. PT on CBS and Paramount+.
Golden Globes producer Dick Clark Productions is owned by Penske Media Eldridge, a joint venture between Penske Media Corporation and Eldridge that also owns The Hollywood Reporter.
