‘Really important’… Ruben Amorim reacts to what Mason Mount did for Man Utd teammate, all players must do same

Mason Mount has now earned high praise from Ruben Amorim after the Manchester United star let his actions do the talking during one key moment last week.
The 26-year-old Manchester United No 7 ensured that his side returned to winning ways in the Premier League last weekend after his impact at Selhurst Park.
Jean-Philippe Mateta opened the scoring for Crystal Palace in the first half from a penalty before Joshua Zirkzee scored an equaliser for United in the second half.

Bruno Fernandes caught Palace shot-stopper Dean Henderson out after he took a quick free-kick from a dangerous position by rolling the ball out to Mason Mount.
Mount then struck a powerful low strike through a wave of legs in the Palace box and the United star’s effort found its way into the bottom left corner of the net.
United defeated Palace 2-1 at Selhurst Park and Ruben Amorim’s men successfully bounced back from their setback against 10-man Everton in the same week.

Ruben Amorim praises Mason Mount for a special moment in Man Utd’s 2-1 Premier League win over Crystal Palace
Mason Mount showed true class after the Manchester United match, with the former Blues ace comforting a crestfallen Leny Yoro at the full-time whistle last Sunday.
Leny Yoro struggled at Selhurst Park and United manager Ruben Amorim hooked the Red Devils defender off in the second half and replaced him with Noussair Mazraoui.
The 20-year-old Frenchman appeared dejected after United’s comeback win over Crystal Palace and Mount could be seen supporting Red Devils teammate Yoro.

Speaking to MUTV, Amorim admitted that Mount did what he expects other United first-team players to do in the future by showing as much support to one another.
“For me, as a manager, it’s really important,” he said, as per Manchester United’s official website.
“But I take it as normal. If you spend so many hours with one guy, if you have a common goal, if you suffer all together.
“I think we should support each other because, in the end, we have our friends, we have our club but, in the end, we are the guys who can change everything.”

Ruben Amorim makes his feelings clear to the Man Utd players after Mason Mount and Leny Yoro’s interaction
Leny Yoro started for United last Sunday and the Frenchman was responsible for bringing down Jean-Philippe Mateta, which led to Palace receiving their penalty.
Ahead of the West Ham match at Old Trafford, United head coach Amorim spoke to Yoro after the TV cameras caught the crestfallen defender’s reaction on the bench.
Amorim has now admitted that Mount cannot be alone in making a change at United and expects to see more from the other players in the Old Trafford dressing room.
