SafeWork NSW looking into Di Nardo franchises after staff allege sexual misconduct

The Herald contacted Mr Di Nardo for comment about the termination email early on Saturday morning. He said the requested timeline for a response was “completely unreasonable, unfair and unethical”. He said, due to it being the weekend and him being unable to contact his lawyer, he would provide a response by 4pm on Monday.
