A former industrials and logistics agent at commercial realtor JLL threatened to sue a woman who had made a complaint about his conduct, despite allegedly admitting what he did was morally unacceptable.
James Jorgensen allegedly said the woman, whose name has been suppressed, “had not told the truth about what had occurred … including, but not limited to, how it had occurred”, according to documents filed as part of an unfair dismissal action launched by the real estate firm’s former Australian chief executive, Dan Kernaghan, against JLL in the Federal Court.
