DAA confirms it pays tax bill for directors’ perks, including ‘Platinum VIP’ private terminal use and car-parking at Dublin Airport
The DAA has confirmed that it pays the benefit-in-kind tax liability on behalf of its directors for tens of thousands of euro worth of services they use every year, from Dublin Airport’s Platinum VIP private terminal to car-parking, the Irish Independent can reveal.
Apart from being paid a total of €205,000 last year, board members also racked up a total of €63,858 in benefits related to the use of airport facilities.
