Kerry records most very wet days in Ireland during November

Kerry recorded the highest number of very wet and dull days in the country last month.
That’s according to Met Éireann’s climate statement for November.
It shows Valentia Observatory recorded nine very wet days; these are days with 10 or more millimetres of rainfall.
13 dull days were recorded at the South Kerry weather station during the eleventh month of the year; a dull day is one with less than half an hour of sunshine.
The report shows that last month was Ireland’s fifth wettest November on record.
