Strictly’s La Voix issued a friendly warning to Loose Women’s Coleen Nolan as she eyed up her ITV role.
La Voix was one of 15 celebrities to star in this year’s Strictly Come Dancing. As the drag performer took on the nation’s favourite dancefloor, their goal was to make it through to Blackpool.
Although their wish was granted, it was short-lived as sadly the 45-year-old star was forced to withdraw from the competition following an injury during rehearsal.
Initially given a bye through to the following week, viewers were hopeful La Voix would perform again, but the injury was too serious to continue dancing.
Appearing on Loose Women on Wednesday (December 3), La Voix sat down with Coleen Nolan, Myleene Klass, Gloria Hunniford and Jane Moore.
Reflecting on their exit, La Voix said: “I bawled my eyes out in that rehearsal room when I realised I was not going to be able to carry on.
“I haven’t really told anyone what I’ve done, but I’ve got a fractured metatarsal. Tricky little bone.”
La Voix went on to share that the injury happened during week seven when they did the Foxtrot, sharing: “I think it’s just the repetitive stress, it’s a stress fracture.”
Reflecting on their time on Strictly, the performer said: “It’s the most terrifying thing I’ve ever done in my life, but also really enjoyable. When I got the Cha Cha and I got a two, that stays with you all week.
“I loved it. It’s relentless and exhausting, but it is absolutely everything. My favourite it was just being embraced so beautifully by everyone on that show, Tess and Claudia.”

When asked where La Voix was when Tess and Claudia confirmed they were leaving Strictly, the star quipped: “I was actually in the job centre, which was really handy timing!”
The performer then turned to the panel and joked: “If any of you are leaving, I’ll be on that stool. Any plans on leaving?” La Voix then revealed a sign that read “I’d be really good at her JOB!!” pointing to Coleen Nolan.
As Coleen burst into laughter, she responded: “Please don’t take my job!”, to which La Voix added: “I won’t take your job, don’t worry. You need the money, we can see!”
