(WSET) — The ABC13 Weather Team has issued a Weather Alert Day for Tuesday due to widespread school closings and icy surfaces.
Many snowfall totals across the ABC13 area are in the 4” to 6” range. We officially measured 3.5” at WSET, which we’ve rounded to 4” on this chart.

If you measured a snow total on an elevated surface such as a railing or table, you likely measured a slightly higher total.
We are not expecting significant melting to occur on Tuesday. High temperatures only reach the lower 30s.

Looking ahead, highs reach 45 to 50 on Wednesday.
We’re also monitoring upcoming snow potential for Friday. Computers suggest 1” to 3” totals, but it’s too soon to know if this is valid or not.
