The Wolfe Tones announce Dublin 2026 summer shows
Irish folk group The Wolfe Tones have announced two Dublin shows for July next year.
The band, which performed “final farewell” gigs in Limerick’s Thomond Park earlier this year, are now coming out of retirement for shows next summer on July 3rd and 4th in Dublin’s 3Arena.
“Over the past year, the calls for us to return have been constant,” The Wolfe Tones said in a statement.
“Fans have written, stopped us along the way, and reached out from every corner of Ireland and beyond. Their messages showed us how deeply these songs still resonate, and how strong the bond remains after all these years.
“We’re proud to sing about the history, culture and character of this country, and we still have the fire to do it. So in 2026, we’ll take to the stage once more.”
Tickets for the two 3Arena gigs go on sale on Friday, December 12th, at 9am via Ticketmaster. Prices range from €51.20 to €159.45 including booking fee.
Presale for the shows starts on Wednesday, December 10th, from 9am, and fans keen to secure tickets can register for the MCD presale here.
