UCL: Victor Osimhen can break a major record against Monaco
Victor Osimhen is on the brink of making history. If he scores against Monaco in the Champions League, the Nigerian striker will become Galatasaray’s all-time top foreign scorer in European competitions.

Osimhen currently has 12 goals in European competitions for Galatasaray. He shares this record with Milan Baros and Shabani Nonda, both of whom also netted 12 goals. Since his debut in September 2024, Osimhen has scored 48 goals in 55 appearances, accounting for nearly 30% of Galatasaray’s goals during that period.
This season, he has already found the net 11 times, including 6 goals in the Champions League, making him the competition’s second-highest scorer behind Mbappé (9 goals). If he keeps up this pace, Osimhen could soon become the fourth-highest foreign scorer in Galatasaray’s history. He is now just four goals away from surpassing Bafétimbi Gomis (51 goals).
