IRCC has set a new benchmark for 2025 by issuing the highest number of PNP invitations in a single draw. Canada has been actively conducting back-to-back Express Entry draws, with today’s round marking the first draw of December. This follows a major French language proficiency draw on November 28, a CEC-specific draw on November 26, and a PNP draw on November 25.
With this rapid series of invitations, IRCC has now issued a total of 95,599 ITAs in 2025, signalling one of the most active years for Express Entry so far.
