A school in Wales has been placed on lockdown. Pupils are being kept inside at the end of the school day at Ysgol Bro Myrddin, located in the town of Carmarthen, following “report of a threat to a pupil at the school”.
A large police presence was seen in the area, with photographs from the scene showing officers outside the school’s entrance. Pupils are safe at the location, the local council said, as reported by WalesOnline.
