A REAL life soap couple have SPLIT just months after being pictured snogging in the street.
Coronation Street actress Katie McGlynn has parted ways with former EastEnders star Max Bowden after a brief romance.

The couple met when they began starring in the play, Murder at Midnight, together earlier this year and quickly fell for one another.
Now, sources have exclusively told The Sun that the union is over and they have officially called it a day.
An insider told The Sun: “Max and Katie have had a bit of a whirlwind romance.
“Working together has meant they didn’t have much time for anything else and one thing led to another but Katie has come to her sense and decided to end things.

“Max is said to be pretty cut up about it and it’s made things pretty awkward.”
What makes the break-up even harder is that the pair are due back on stage alongside one another in the New Year when the production continues to tour.
Our source added: “They are having a break over Xmas and then back touring again in the New Year.
“She’s hoping Max will be over it by then.”
In October of this year, Max, 30, was spotted enjoying a steamy kiss with Katie, 32, after a night out in Malvern.
Max, best known for playing Ben Mitchell in the BBC1 soap, emerged hand-in-hand with Katie, who played Sinead Tinker in the Cobbes, from the Wetherspoons pub, The Foley Arms, earlier this month.
An onlooker said: “The couple seemed very intimate and comfortable in each other’s company. They only had eyes for each other.”
Max certainly has a thing for his co-stars and has previously dated EastEnders actresses Danielle Harold, 33, and Shona McGarty, 34.
But it was Katie’s ex, TOWIE star Ricky Rayment who was left most hurt by their public display of affection.
Ricky was understood to be “devastated” to see Katie move on so quickly after their engagement failed.
