Jimmy Neutron Voice Actor Jeff Garcia Dead at 50

The comedy world has said goodbye to one of their own.
Comedian and voice actor Jeff Garcia, who was best known for lending his voice to cartoons such as The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron, Boy Genius, Barnyard and Happy Feet, died on Dec. 10, his son confirmed on Instagram. He was 50.
“My father was a unique soul,” Jojo Garcia wrote in a joint Instagram post with his father’s account Dec. 10. “He was unapologetically himself and I will always admire the love, compassion, and drive that he had.”
Jojo—a comedian himself—shared a carousel of photos with Jeff, adding that his father taught him so much and shared advice that Jojo lives “by every single day.”
“He was a Father, Son, Uncle, Cousin, Brother, but most of all, he was my best friend,” Jojo continued. “I would call him every day. I would tell him about the plans I had in comedy and my life. He believed in me, in a way that nobody else did.”
