QTCinderella promises Streamer Awards changes as it’s gotten “much bigger” than before

QTCinderella has revealed that she is doing a “very hard pivot” with The Streamer Awards for 2026, promising to make some big changes.

The Streamer Awards has become one event that Twitch stars circle on their calendars as they get to celebrate the previous year of streaming.

This year, Kai Cenat’s Mafiathon 3 took home four awards, while IShowSpeed was named Streamer of the Year. The event also had its fair share of drama, with the VTubing community being split over TheBurntPeanut winning VTuber of the Year and India Love having to apologize for taking to the stage after Breakout Streamer of the Year was awarded.

QT added that a lot of the criticism she’s received for this year is “really valid,” but she is “excited” to make the 2026 show “so much better” than this year’s.

She also noted that the show is “much bigger than it used to be” and that she has to “adjust for that,” with some of the jokes and bits that are conducted throughout the show.
